HOTDOG, LLC ("HOTDOG, LLC") makes this Web site (the "Site") and various e-mail offers available to (1) those individuals who have opted to receive such offers on third party Web sites, (2) members of HOTDOG, LLC partner sites, and (3) other individuals whose information has been provided to HOTDOG, LLC by third parties (in accordance with their respective privacy policies) (collectively, "Members"), subject to this privacy policy (the "Policy"). This Policy explains what information HOTDOG, LLC collects about Members and users of the Site, how HOTDOG, LLC uses and/or shares this information, and how such information is maintained. By using this Site, or by continuing your membership with HOTDOG, LLC, you signify your acceptance of this Policy.

Collection of Personal Information

HOTDOG, LLC collects some Member personally identifiable information ("Info") that is volunteered by Members during the registration process on HOTDOG, LLC, or our partner sites. HOTDOG, LLC also collects Info that is provided by third parties to HOTDOG, LLC in accordance with their respective privacy policies. Examples of Info that may be requested and/or collected include: first and last name, address, e-mail address, and gender.

Use and Sharing of Info

HOTDOG, LLC reserves the right to use Member Info: (a) for the specific purpose for which such information was provided; (b) as disclosed at the time such information is provided; and/or (c) as disclosed in this Policy.

Finally, HOTDOG, LLC may disclose Member Info in order to: (a) comply with applicable laws (including, without limitation, the CAN-SPAM Act); (b) respond to governmental inquiries; (c) comply with valid legal process; and (d) protect the rights or property of HOTDOG, LLC, other Members and users of the Site.

Linking of Information

HOTDOG, LLC may combine information provided by a Member with information obtained from other sources. Enhancing Member files with this other information will allow HOTDOG, LLC to provide Members with more relevant services, email promotional offers, and direct mail pieces. For example, a Member's user profile will automatically be updated with any information that user enters on any of the Network Sites. Likewise, any information provided to HOTDOG, LLC will be used to update the Member's profile on all of the Network Sites.

Opt-Out of HOTDOG, LLC E-mail Promotions

When you become a Member, you will automatically be registered to receive promotional offers and updates, via e-mails, from HOTDOG, LLC.

Members may, at any time, choose not to receive promotional e-mails from HOTDOG, LLC. It may take up to 72 hours for the removal process to be completed. Note that unsubscribing from one e-mail list does not automatically unsubscribe you from any other e-mail list that you may be on. Unsubscribing from our list will not prevent other third parties from emailing you.

Additional Services

Certain information and services available to Members are provided by entities not affiliated with HOTDOG, LLC. For example, if you choose to purchase a product or service from an e-mail, the information you provide in connection with such purchase may be made available to a third party to satisfy that purpose. Although HOTDOG, LLC advises all of its partners to support this Policy, HOTDOG, LLC has no control over their information handling practices and is not responsible for any failure of such partners to adhere to this Policy.

Users Under 18 Years of Age

Unless otherwise noted, the Site, the HOTDOG, LLC e-mails and the content available in connection therewith, are neither intended for, nor directed to, children under the age of 18. Except as otherwise noted, if HOTDOG, LLC learns that a person who is a Member is under the age of 18, HOTDOG, LLC will promptly terminate that individual's membership.

Security

While HOTDOG, LLC takes reasonable precautions to safeguard information transmitted between HOTDOG, LLC and Members and/or users of the Site, HOTDOG, LLC may be unable to prevent unauthorized access to such information by third parties or inadvertent disclosure of such information. Members and users acknowledge this risk when communicating with HOTDOG, LLC.

Changes to This Policy

HOTDOG, LLC may, from time to time, amend this Policy, in whole or part, in its sole discretion. Any changes to this Policy will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised policy on the Site. Depending on the nature of the change, HOTDOG, LLC may announce the change (1) on the home page of the Site, or (2) provide such notice via e-mail to Members. By continuing to use the Site following any changes or by remaining a Member, you will be deemed to have agreed to such changes.
